If it is tidal forces that keep the waters of Europa liquid, could it be warm enough to support human life?

There is no life in this solar system except earth. Only an artificial environment will support life. The garden of Eden will be on mars or one of the moons. That is where Adam and Eve will build their genetic bomb to kill off those damn humans.
