Can someone please help me figure the name out to this reggaeton song?

I heard the song a while ago at some party and I really liked it im not very sure how it went but I remember that it spelled something out then it said eso significa and he describes what he spelled or something..?? but ive been trying really hard to figure out what the song it because I really like it but all I know is that small part of the song and that its a male singer or singers I was thinking wisin y yandel but im not sure, but whatever he spelled out it started with the letter E, its like a really known song but I just cant figure out the rest of the lyrics so if anyone knows please tell me!!
