Can you quickly assume a girl is gay by this?

If you see a girl with a short haircut, you can't immediately assume she is gay because well there are many straight girls out there that have short hair and say they are straight. But if you see her wearing a rainbow bracelet. She has short hair and a rainbow bracelet. Can you know assume that she is 100% bisexual or lesbian? Or you still don't have enough evidence to assume this? Can this girl be a lesbian just because of her short hair and rainbow bracelet? Pleaaaase answer. I will appreciate every single opinion. :DD
